Emmanuel Koutoulakis, owner and operator of Emmanuel's Mufflers, has been building on his experience as an exhaust specialist since the age of 13 on the island of Crete in Greece.  In 1989 he came to America and in 1991, with his wife, he opened Emmanuel's Mufflers, and has since been serving the Bay Area with his expertise and extensive knowledge and personal service.  He specializes in and has become famous for custom exhaust systems.
